  • 2 ripe kiwis

  • Club soda or sparkling water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Peel the kiwis and cut them into small pieces.
  2. In a cocktail shaker or sturdy glass, muddle the kiwi pieces until they are well crushed and mashed.
  3. Add the lime juice and simple syrup/agave syrup to the shaker/glass.
  4. Add ice cubes to the shaker/glass, filling it about three-quarters full.
  5. Shake or stir the mixture vigorously to blend the flavors and chill the ingredients.
  6. Take a serving glass and fill it with ice cubes.
