Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz alcohol-free whiskey alternative or a combination of 1 oz apple juice and 1/2 oz apple cider vinegar
  • 1 oz dry vermouth
  • 1/4 oz maraschino syrup (you can use the syrup from maraschino cherries)
  • 1/4 oz grenadine
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Ice
  • Orange peel, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the alcohol-free whiskey alternative or the apple juice and apple cider vinegar mixture, dry vermouth, maraschino syrup, grenadine, and orange bitters.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with an orange peel.
