Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 lime (juiced)
- 4-6 ounces ginger beer (non-alcoholic)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
- Lime wedges (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker or a sturdy glass, muddle the fresh blueberries until they are well crushed and release their juices.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lime into the shaker/glass.
- Add ice cubes to the shaker/glass, filling it about three-quarters full.
- Pour the ginger beer into the shaker/glass, leaving a small space at the top for garnishes.
- Stir the mixture gently to combine the ingredients.
- Take a copper Moscow Mule mug or a regular glass and fill it with ice cubes.
- Strain the blueberry and lime mixture from the shaker/glass into the prepared mug/glass, ensuring that the blueberry pulp and ice stay behind.
- Top off the mug/glass with more ginger beer, if needed.
- Garnish the drink with fresh mint leaves and a lime wedge.
