Ingredients
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons of honey or agave nectar
- 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 cup of orange juice
- 1/4 cup of non-alcoholic tequila substitute or soda water
- Ice cubes
- Salt or sugar for rimming the glass (optional)
- Lime wedges or blueberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the blueberries until smooth.
- Add honey or agave nectar, lime juice, orange juice, and non-alcoholic tequila substitute or soda water to the blender and blend until combined.
- Rim the edge of a glass with salt or sugar (optional).
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the blueberry margarita mixture into the glass.
