Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango
- 1/2 lime (juiced)
- 1/4 jalapeño pepper (seeds removed)
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup (or honey)
- Ice cubes
- Club soda or sparkling water
- Tajin seasoning (optional, for rimming the glass)
- Lime wedges and mango slices (for garnish)
Instructions
- Peel and dice the ripe mango, removing the pit.
- In a blender, combine the diced mango, lime juice, jalapeño pepper, and agave syrup.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Optionally, rim your glass with Tajin seasoning by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it into the seasoning.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the blended mango mixture into the glass, filling it about halfway.
- Top off the glass with club soda or sparkling water.
- Stir gently to mix the ingredients.
- Garnish with lime wedges and mango slices.
