How to Make an Alcohol Free Raspberry Mojito

Fairly minimal ingredients and so easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 6-8 fresh raspberries
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 4 ounces club soda or sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wedge or fresh raspberries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a glass or cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh raspberries and mint leaves gently to release their flavors.
  2. Add the lime juice and simple syrup to the glass or shaker.
  3. Fill the glass or shaker with ice cubes.
  4. Shake the mixture vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to combine and chill the ingredients.
  5. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
  6. Top off the glass with club soda or sparkling water.
  7. Stir gently to mix the soda water or sparkling water with the other ingredients.
  8. Garnish with a lime wedge or a few fresh raspberries.
