How to Make an Alcohol Free Lemon Iced Tea
A little more involved to make this recipe but totally worth it!

Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 4-5 tea bags (black tea or green tea)
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1/4 cup honey or sweetener of your choice (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint sprigs and lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil in a medium-sized pot.
- Remove the pot from the heat and add the tea bags. Let them steep for 5-7 minutes or until desired strength is reached.
- Remove the tea bags and discard.
- Add the fresh mint leaves and lemon slices to the pot. Stir gently.
- If you prefer your tea sweetened, you can add honey or any sweetener of your choice at this point. Stir until the sweetener dissolves.
- Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, and then refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.
- Once chilled, strain the tea to remove the mint leaves and lemon slices.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled mint and lemon iced tea into each glass.
- Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and lemon slices.
